Hello!

I love movies, writing, art, events, music, stage productions, my pets, and all things local . . . and that’s how I got to be where I am today.

From an early age, I always a had camera in my hand or was in an editing chair. I graduated with a degree in Cinema-Television at the University of Southern California and remained in Los Angeles for 10 years where I worked extensively in the film and production industry. I helped start and run a multi-media experience short film festival for two years, produced many documentaries and shorts, as well as ran stage productions and major events and conferences.

I also worked in the leadership development field (mainly in film/production) training leaders how to unlock individual team members' strengths to work effectively and feel valued.  I studied with Gallup and Mosaic for the Clifton Strength Finders evaluation as well as Myers Briggs. One of my favorite job attributes as a producer and director was working with people and becoming a conduit and encourager for their good ideas to happen with them behind the wheel.  Don't get me wrong, I love to take the lead and am good at it, but how beautiful is it to watch others thrive as well in their own creative ideas?! 

Originally a Northwest girl, I couldn’t stay away. I came back to this emerald city, got a dog, and gave up on good hair days due to the rain, but gained moisturized skin (ha!). I began working in a fine art gallery learning everything I could about painters, sculptors, and marketing art and small businesses. I was very successful as their Public Relations Director writing numerous press releases that were published, generating marketing and event ideas, building emails, and directing press relations as well as helping to build up client relations.

After 3 ½ years or so with the gallery, I decided to go out on my own helping businesses and artists get out there using multi-media to enhance their websites, social media, and other marketing, and writing press releases - that got published!, and coaching people on how to achieve their business goals.
